Maintain your Home

December 28, 2011 Leave a comment

Have you ever noticed that when you have a house, you always have things to fix, renovate or replace?

It’s the same with our relationship with Jesus, we need to keep on building on the foundation we have, if you stop reading Bible, praying or worshiping you will start deteriorating.  A house that does not get maintained falls apart, loses value or looks scary… We want our spiritual homes to looks like Holy Castles.  In order for you to get to and then maintain your  Castle, you need to spend time with Jesus.

To do list: (everyday)

Read Bible.

Tell at least someone, something about Jesus.

Worship Him.

Thank Him.

Walk the talk, not just talk the talk.

Jesus loves you!

Race against horses, not people

December 28, 2011 Leave a comment

We need to stop comparing our blessings with others.  Some people may claim they do not follow Jesus, and yet they are blessed with many things.  Stop wasting time on this, and get your own path on the road to glory.

Jeremiah 12: 1- 5 (NLT)

Jeremiah Questions the Lord’s Justice

Lord, you always give me justice

when I bring a case before you.

So let me bring you this complaint:

Why are the wicked so prosperous?

Why are evil people so happy?

You have planted them,

and they have taken root and prospered.

Your name is on their lips,

but you are far from their hearts.

But as for me, Lord, you know my heart.

You see me and test my thoughts.

Drag these people away like sheep to be butchered!

Set them aside to be slaughtered!

How long must this land mourn?

Even the grass in the fields has withered.

The wild animals and birds have disappeared

because of the evil in the land.

For the people have said,

“The Lord doesn’t see what’s ahead for us!”

The Lord’s Reply to Jeremiah

“If racing against mere men makes you tired,

how will you race against horses?

If you stumble and fall on open ground,

what will you do in the thickets near the Jordan?

Spending time in envy of someone else things, are going to make you miss your own blessings.

Start improving your own relationship with Jesus and you will be better off than those that do not follow Jesus.

Love your neighbor, but don’t try to be your neighbor  for God has a unique plan for each of us.

Go in Glory.  Jesus Loves you!

Stop letting sin get in the middle of you and God( a MUST read)

December 20, 2011 1 comment

God told me to go and look up some info regarding clouds.  So I went on and read the following:

Clean air (without any dust or particles) will not produce clouds without supersaturation (or relative humidity above 100%). Luckily for us, Mother Nature and humans put lots of Cloud condensation nuclei or dust into the atmosphere. This dust comes from sources such as volcanoes, cars, sea spray from the ocean, and fires. Other particles in the atmosphere, including bacteria, can also play a role in serving as condensation nuclei.

Now I think God was trying to tell us that we should stop letting the things of the world get in the middle of our relationship with Him. What God showed me was, that the clouds often soften the effect of the sun on us.  You still get sun burn, but you don’t realize it.

If you translate that, it means that We  are still loved by God even though we get involved in sin etc, we just won’t feel God’s heat (blessings) around us anymore.

So get rid of all the pollution in your life.  And get ready to feel the presence of JESUS!!!

I just want to openly thank God and give all the GLORY to Him for this wonderful message.  Without God, I’m nothing.

Release hate from your heart

December 20, 2011 Leave a comment

When you start doing good or when you get something you have really worked hard for and you lose it due to theft or under any other circumstance, you would feel hate or anger, would you not?

Well the following scripture says we should not keep hate in our hearts as God also hates it when wrong things happen to His children, He will fix it.  God always fixes everything because he loves us (you and me) 🙂

Isaiah 61: 7-8 (NLT)

Instead of shame and dishonor,

you will enjoy a double share of honor.

You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land,

and everlasting joy will be yours.

“For I, the Lord, love justice.

I hate robbery and wrongdoing.

I will faithfully reward my people for their suffering

and make an everlasting covenant with them.

Doesn’t that just put your heart to rest immediately ? It’s so promising.  And then it comes form the most High King… that there just does it for me, I know I wont keep hatred in my heart if that’s the kind of promise I have for my life…

No matter whats happens to you in your life, God WILL get you something better.  Just have faith in Him.

I applied for a job, and I was told I’m too young, even though I’ve been acting in that position and doing very well.  You can imagine I was very cross with their decision…  2 months later, that position became redundant….  shows you whats God knows…

I’ve got many other examples but I think God has made His point by now?

Be blessed family of Jesus.  Be safe on the roads.  May you have a blessed Christmas and an awesome glorified year ahead.

Walk with Jesus, and be feared by evil.

Nurture your Seed offering

December 14, 2011 Leave a comment

2 Cor 9:7-10 (NLT)

You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. As the Scriptures say,

“They share freely and give generously to the poor.

Their good deeds will be remembered forever.”

For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.

This basically states that the more seeds you plant the more you will reap.  The more you reap the more you will be able to give, and so on….

God gave us life as a gift.  Life is very precious.  So be generous this festive season and help add some life into someone else by following your heart and giving to those in need.  I know it’s hard sometimes, but if you start giving cheerfully, your life will change as well.  And I don’t mean you would then just receive more money or blessings from God ( you will) but your life experiences, passion, core happiness and much more will just improve.  I think God blesses us with amazing joy, love, health etc… when we are able to break the barriers of greed in our life’s.

Challenge yourselves this new year to be more giving.  You will never fall short with money, if you start giving with a kind and obedient heart.

Jesus loves you all! And may you have a blessed December !

We are royalty

December 8, 2011 Leave a comment

Did you ever sit and think that you would like to be like Queen Elizabeth ?  You know, have all the influence they have, the riches, authority etc…?

Well God brought you some good news today.  You are ROYALTY.  We are all children of God aren’t we? And God is King of all kings… so that makes us Royal members of His kingdom, which is the whole universe, and we have most high authority in this world we live in.  We just don’t practice our faith enough.  And God want’s you to know that He will give us the power to do His Will in this world, we just need to believe and take it!  We have influence, through our own actions, so start living the way God intended us live (childdren of God) and you will see the changes taking place.

God loves us, but we need to show our love to Him aswell.  And a good way of showing it, is by showing how much faith you have…

May you always walk in God’s light!

Cherish every moment, no matter what.

Surrender yourself

December 5, 2011 Leave a comment

We need to surrender everything and every part of ourselves to Jesus.  By surrendering yourself to Jesus, you give Him access to control your life.  It’s like fruits in the kitchen bowl, they will start to rot if you don’t eat them, so get yourself on the top of the fruit bowl and make sure you get eaten first.  In other words, don’t wait for something to happen before you surrender yourself to God.  Do it now!  The sooner the better.  Let God control your life.  He created the universe and everything in it…. I think He can handle a person’s life with eyes closed and hands behind His back 🙂

Stop worrying about the people around you.  They are not going to get you to Heaven,  It’s between YOU and JESUS!!!

Job 11:13-20 (NLT)

“If only you would prepare your heart

and lift up your hands to Him in prayer!    ——–> Surrender your heart

Get rid of your sins,

and leave all iniquity behind you.

Then your face will brighten with innocence.

You will be strong and free of fear.

You will forget your misery;

it will be like water flowing away.

Your life will be brighter than the noonday.

Even darkness will be as bright as morning.

Having hope will give you courage.

You will be protected and will rest in safety.

You will lie down unafraid,

and many will look to you for help.

But the wicked will be blinded.

They will have no escape.

Their only hope is death.”

Have a blessed evening.  May you allow God to walk you Home!
