Praising the Lord

We need to put God in front of everything else and give him praise for what He has done for us.  The word praise means the following:

The expression of admiration

->words that express approval or admiration, e.g. for somebody’s achievements or for someone’s good qualities.

Worship

->worship and thanks to God

a Few synonyms :

admire, commend, extol, honor etc…

We have reason to Worship and admire God, if you sit and think for a while, try and count how many times God pulled you out of a bad situation, gave you what you needed and protected you, then you would realize how much we actually owe to Him…

Psalm 148:1-14 (NLT)

Praise the Lord!

Praise the Lord from the heavens!

Praise him from the skies!

Praise him, all his angels!

Praise him, all the armies of heaven!

Praise him, sun and moon!

Praise him, all you twinkling stars!

Praise him, skies above!

Praise him, vapors high above the clouds!

Let every created thing give praise to the Lord,

for he issued his command, and they came into being.

He set them in place forever and ever.

His decree will never be revoked.

Praise the Lord from the earth,

you creatures of the ocean depths,

fire and hail, snow and clouds,

wind and weather that obey him,

mountains and all hills,

fruit trees and all cedars,

wild animals and all livestock,

small scurrying animals and birds,

kings of the earth and all people,

rulers and judges of the earth,

young men and young women,

old men and children.

Let them all praise the name of the Lord.

For his name is very great;

his glory towers over the earth and heaven!

He has made his people strong,

honoring his faithful ones—

the people of Israel who are close to him.

Praise the Lord!

As you can see from the scripture above, everything needs to praise the lord, including, young, old, High, low, rich and poor.

Nobody can say they do not owe God anything, because if it wasn’t for His Son, Jesus, on the cross, we would not be here.

Learn to praise the Lord everywhere you go, in your car, shower, while cooking, while jogging etc.  And the Glory of Jesus will shower over you.

Have great evening! Be Blessed, and be and example.

Very good blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
